I feel Sad Today
Mood is low why I do not know
Today, for no reason, I felt down and sad,
Dull dark clouds wrapped around me, oh so bad.
Tired and unwell, I sat here with my iPad
Everything was well, yet my heart felt sad.
Why, oh why, must I sit here and cry?
Oh me, oh my, as the minutes drift by.
My eyes begin to close, yet sleep won’t come to me
Irritable but why ? want the world to let me be you
perhaps tomorrow, the sun will break through,
I’ll find my voice again, singing songs that feel true.
With joy in my heart, I’ll dance and sway,
Embracing the light of a brand-new day.
For bad days rarely find their way to me,
I’m a beacon of joy, as bright as can be.
With a smile upon my face, I’ll turn sorrow to refrain,
As I put on a show, washing away the pain.
So good night, my readers, may your dreams take flight,
God bless you all, and may your hearts be light ♥️

Try Tylenol PM, you need rest so built your serotonin. Serotonin also help you sleep. Do you take any multiple vitamins?
