Bio
I'm a creative writer in the way that I write. I hold the pen in this unique and creative way you've never seen. The content which I write... well, it's still to be determined if that's any good.

2025 Writing Goals
I wanted to try something a little different. I always have my writing goals for the day, for the week, for the month. They change from time to time, but I use them to try to finish stories and scripts by certain times. Some projects have deadlines, and some don't, so setting some goals helps me to keep up with a good pace.

Hot and Humid
This story was originally published on Medium. ************** The heat is all encompassing, the humidity is so thick that a being must possess a strong backstroke in order to navigate it, but the smell is heavenly. Hillary takes a deep breath; the humidity fills her lungs with a drinkable liquid. It’s steamy, earthy, almost a hint of something fruity. It’s lovely.

November Rejections
I’ve gone through so many droughts of success when it comes to my writing career, it’s a parched business trying to get published. I’ve gotten turned down so many times in a row, whether it be attempts at getting a story published or having entered a script in a contest, and then I’d get good news! Getting published or moving on in a contest! And that’s the way it always goes. Dozens of rejections, one success. And it’s all worth it. And it would feel tough through all those rejections, but then I’d get that one success and I’d gain perspective. I kept fighting through and finally achieved something that I wanted to.

The Movie Reviewer
This story was originally published on Medium. ************** “All in all, War Dogs was a great movie. I would give it an A minus. I could’ve given it a straight up A, had it not been for the 57 uses of the word “bro” which felt like about 52 too many.” Avery explained, deep in thought, on a roll. “I’m, of course, allowing for two uses of “bro” which actually made for big laughs, and another three uses of “bro” which lent themselves to character development. But still, for a movie just under two hours, that’s about a “bro” every other minute. Too many “bros.”

Meet The Last Superstar Running Back
I'm really excited for a couple reasons! The YouTube channel that I write for, The Gridiron, has just released a new video on Christian McCaffrey. I think it's a fantastic video and coming just in time for the start of the NFL season.

Nose Soap
This story was originally published on Medium. ************** The hot water was spraying onto Avery’s back from the showerhead. He stood completely still, just waiting. This was weird. This was so awkward. He stared at the bottles of body wash that lined the edge of the tub. All so foreign. All these fancy bottles, all these different colored labels. Where was Avery’s tried and true blue body wash?

Quiet Sneezer. Top Story - September 2024.
This story was originally published on Medium. ************** She sneezed one of those sneezes that was so quiet and high-pitched, you almost couldn’t hear it. Probably a sneeze that would’ve alerted all dog ears within a one mile radius. It made her sound like a cartoon. Hell, it even made her look like a cartoon. She already had some slightly cartoonish features… brought more to light after her mouse-like sneeze. There wasn’t even a wind up. No “ah.” Just “choo.” All lowercase. Tiny “choo.”

Aerosol Weapons
This story was originally published on Medium. ************** Everyone is spraying their canisters of hair spray, spray on sunscreen, spray paint at the aliens as hours ago it became fairly common knowledge that the aerosol is somehow killing the aliens. No one knows why exactly… they just know that it is the case.
