For 90 days straight I hung from a bar for two minutes a day. My forearms would burn, the clock would tick slowly, and my legs would dangle loosely while gravity pulled my entire body downward. In total, that is 180 minutes of being suspended in the air. The habit sounds almost too small to matter.
